Healthy chicken nuggets

This is a low-fat, homemade chicken nuggets. Good for the kids too cos it's using proper chicken meat and not some unknown parts of a chicken.
It's really easy to make. Just cut chicken fillets into bite-size pieces, toss in egg white and then coat with cornflake crumbs. Bake in a 200 deg C oven for 10-12 minutes. Viola! Healthy chicken nuggets are served!

Hey, that sounds really easy to make! I must try! Thanks for the recipe. :) So you've got back to teaching full time? Who's looking after your two darlings?

yah..it's really really easy and the kids love it!

Nay....i've quit teaching since last yr. Am going to facilitate classes in Republic Poly from Apr onwards. It's a daily-rated job, so I'll have more time for the kids.

I've moved in with MIL. So, when I'm at work, the kids are with her and maid. Girl goes to half-day childcare and boy will be enrolled soon. :)

Enough about me...:p
How's life so far for you?

Oh yah...dun forget to season the chicken first. Otherwise, it'll be too bland. ;)
